A completely FREE text-to-video platform available... that's pretty decent.

HailuoAI, otherwise known as Conch Video, is an AI text-to-video generator provided for free by the Chinese company Minimax. The generator can produce video up to 6-seconds from a 2000 character description. The platform is hailuoi.com. Presently, the platform does not work from an image or video, just text descriptions. Consistency can be tricky between renders, and there is no ‘extend’ feature.

The platform became available on September 5 (my birthday!) There is no registration necessary, but there is a waiting list. Renders are sequenced - so there is a bit of a delay in getting your results. Other wise, it is FREE and pretty neat tool to play with.
